- Yes. We prefer weekly customers because the lawn stays healthier, but we do one-time cuts and pre-listing yard prep when it makes sense.
- Monthly billing on a flat rate works for most folks. We invoice on the 1st for the month ahead. Per-visit is fine too if you prefer it.
- We push to the next dry day, usually within 24 to 48 hours. You will hear from us if it slips beyond that — no surprise no-shows.
- Yes — general liability on every job. Happy to send the certificate to your HOA or property manager if they ask.
